Vidaroo is currently experiencing issues while uploading content. We are aware of the issue and our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. All other parts of the Vidaroo Platform are fully functioning.

We are currently experiencing an intermittent outage. This appears to be isolated to a single server instance in the application array. We are investigating the issue and taking immediate action for resolution. Will update once resolved.

Intermittent Issues Uploading Content

Our CDN is currently experiencing intermittent issues with putting content on to the origin servers. This will effect uploading content into the Vidaroo Platform. Video playback and Live Event Streaming are not affected and operating as normal.

Ashburn Live Streaming Server Issue has been Resolved

Basic live event is back online. We still recommend for our Advanced live event users to use the LA live event servers until further notice.

Our CDN is currently experiencing issues with their live event servers in Ashburn. We are aware of the issue and we are working with our CDN to resolve it as soon as possible. For now, all basic live event streams are not working. For advanced live stream we recommend our clients target the LA Advanced Live Event servers instead.
